Moving Tips
We
know that planning a local or international move can be an
overwhelming task, and here we provide you a simple list of
Do's and Don'ts that will serve as a guideline as you firm
up plans. They will be helpful to you not only when working
with us, but when planning any move in the future
- Ask for a list of potential charges
- Find out the maximum time required for delivery
- Request a written contract prior to the move date
- Make sure that you understand all charges
- ASK QUESTIONS about the contract and make sure you understand all provisions
- Ensure that the method of payment is indicated in the written contract
- Reserve your move date at least a week in advance to make things easier for yourself
- Confirm the move three days before the actual move date (except when moving at the end of the month, when you should call to confirm at least a week before)
- Give at least 72 hours when canceling an order
